Protect your framed art work from dust with this conservation quality backing paper.
The durable paper offers acid free, buffered, long term protection with an attractive light grey finish. Buffered with 3% calcium carbonate.
The paper has a moderately porous surface allowing the frame to breathe readily.
Ideal for wrapping and protecting documents and art works, either for storage or shipping.
Buffered, acid-free and lignin-free.

Warranty
We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be subject to the guarantee policy of the manufacturer, and any claims must be in accordance with the terms of such warranties.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returned goods by prior arrangement.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there are some items we cannot accept as a return.
These include all single items listed below:

- Any single item under the value of $10.00 ex GST

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced, credited or refunded in compliance with consumer statutory requirements.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if preferred a credit can be issued to your account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
