Cotton & Polycotton gloves are designed to protect your art works, photographs, negatives, documents, garments and more, from handling damage such as harmful fingerprint oils, chemicals and dirt.
White Cotton Gloves are the traditional choice for handling archival materials, photographs, and artifacts. They're made from natural fibres that are soft, absorbent, and provide a barrier between skin oils/acids and delicate materials.
Polycotton Gloves combine the benefits of both fibres. The polyester content significantly increases durability and reduces lint generation, while the cotton component maintains breathability and comfort.
It is also recommended to wear cotton gloves when handling your delicate textiles such as korowai, wedding dresses and christening gowns.

No guarantee is given or implied that any product we supply is fit for any particular purpose, and our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the items concerned
Warranty
We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be subject to the guarantee policy of the manufacturer, and any claims must be in accordance with the terms of such warranties.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returned goods by prior arrangement.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there are some items we cannot accept as a return.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced, credited or refunded in compliance with consumer statutory requirements.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if preferred a credit can be issued to your account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
